PCIII map too rich

Hi every one, I think I need some help...

My bike did had already some Rinehart staggered, and SE heavy breather installed from last year. The engine is 88 inches, on a Deluxe 2005 EFI

This week I had installed (not me, but the mecanic) some SE204 cams, Bigboyz street ported head, (80cc, .060 removed) easy fit SE pushrods, and a Power Commander PCIII. I managed to upload in the PCIII the map # M805-223, it was the closest map I could find (even if it was for a 2006 model, maybe that is my mistake).

The mecanic did one dyno run (even if I didn't asked him to). Maybe he was curious about the bigboyz head. He didn't charged me for it...

Anyway, when i got my bike, he showed me the dyno chart and he explain to me that it was too rich, and that I would need to be adjusted and that it might take like 2 and half hours to do it, and he won't have the time before three weeks...

So, now if some expert or Mr Dynojet, can help me to find a better map I would appeciate the gesture.

With this map my MPG went down from 51mpg to 37mpg, (I have done almost 400 miles since installation).

I also managed to set down the 3 front button on the PCIII in hope that it would make it leaner, but didn't saw any big improuvment,
I did press down 4 bars on the first button and 3 bars on the second.

HP is near 74, and torque 82, and afr from 10.5 to near 13

Here are the dyno charts that he gave me...

06 maps are different because the injectors were different.

And to finish this so sunny and warm day....

Just got caught by cops for verification....
Every thing was OK except for the
Rinehart, not legal here in Quebec = $154 (fine) 48 hours to replace...

Well, it could have been a nicer day after all, I should had stayed home playing with myself, would have been cheaper...

Well now that I have some heads installed + cams + heavy breather + Rinehart, what can I do ????

I can't go back with the original muffler !!!!

I guess there will be more ticket coming this summer....

Thank for laughing

Are you going to stick with your current exhaust or are you going to change it? I just would like to know before we spend a bunch of time trying to sort it.

Hi Mr Dynojet...

I really don't know what to do now...

I don't think with heads, cams, SE heavy breather, returning to stock muffler is a good think to do....

What do you think ???? Do you have something to propose ????

If I was to return to stock muffler, what would be my loss ????

Can I still get good clean power with stock muffler ?????

If your answer is no, than I will stay with the Rinehart...

The more I think about it, the more the Rinehart will stay...

Thank again Mr Dynojet
I appreciate your help...

Do you have a higer resolution version of the #3 dyno chart?? I might be able to do something using that, but it is way too small to read. If you have the actual dyno files that is what I really need, but I could use the picture file if I could read it.

If you still have the 9 volt adapter that came with the unit you can take it off and program it in the house.
