PC III & ambient tempratures

How much does ambient temprature affect AFR with a PCIII. Now that we have dropped into the 30-50 degree temp range my fuel consumption seems to have really increased. Not complaining, yet, just curious.

Any time people ask me about fuel economy dropping the first thing I need to know is "HOW MUCH" is "A LOT"? Some people thing 2mpg is criminal and others think 5 mpg+ is a lot. Can you give me some idea what the reduction is?

The ambiant temperature does not affect the PCIII directly. The bike will offset its fuel map to adjust for higher/lower temps and the PCIII follows along.

You are correct and I apologize for not being as informative in my post as I should have been, that was an oversight on my part.

On the average, I have gone from 40 mpg to 30 mpg.
