I would try using the formula in the instruction for setting the VSS frequency number but instead of using the MPH put in your old pulley number and your new pulley number and put in the new value. It should get you close.

I block the idle cells so they cannot retune. These cells control idle with 1's they can adjust to the afr you want but they cannot screw up your alpha #'s on decel. With 0's they cannot move anything. If you leave them open they will screw up your cold start settings.

The tps voltage is what I was looking for. Make sure it is around .39 volts when closed.

Try this. I leaned your afr 3%. Do not apply blm's let them work and pull fuel off. I worked on your timing some. I pulled some fuel off in your frt cyl trim. Your fuel mileage should get better. The decel pop you will have to let me know.

Thanks Curtis. Some great information. I will give this map a try over the next few days and post a follow up.

Where did the 30t pulley go? What is the purpose of it? I would like more low end on my 07' ultra. It is like starting in second gear compared to my 5 speed 05' dyna.

Curtis
I did this mod to my 1999 ultra with a se 6 speed conversion and I wanted to add the IDS. Of course I did not need the speedo callibrater. The pully and belt should fit your 07 ultra
I cut and pasted this info from a earlier post by THEDRIVER
save $, get it all done
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I got all my parts from ZANOTTI MOTORS, Baker 30 tooth # 30T-07 $115.00, 136 tooth belt # 40056-07 $169.00, also the IDS rear sprocket is a good idea to smooth out drive line # 40287-07 $ 197.00. and to correct speedo Dakota # 2210-0056 $ 92.40 because it will be off by 4.5 mph at 70 mph. all of the above was a HUGE savings about $ 230.00 worth. but you have to purchace on line to save. it is very easy. to check on orders you can call them. Patty i think ? 724-283-5419
good luck & enjoy. my $.02 worth

Baker and andrews make a 30t trans pulley, that and the HD HDI belt change the final drive ratio from 2.79 to 3.0 roughly. Nice change and 6th becomes useable but not unruly and the compensator is left intact.
CTS why the Dakota Digital device and not just adjust the speedo frequency in the DTT?

I did not use the speedo adapter the dtt works well for that. I just copied that post in its entirety so not to edit someone else's work.
I used the 30 tooth trans pulley the belt and IDS on my bike. I noticed that the stock frequency works well with my combination with the se 6 speed trans. With my 103 motor I don't know if I am lugging but it is quite comfortable on flat ground at any thing over 2200 rpms. If I need accelerate or climb a hill I will drop to 5th.

How would you be able to determine what frequency to put in the DTT MAP?

Curtis,
When you say do not apply blm's, are you wanting me to post my map after riding some without applying so you can see what's happening first?
I have noticed that I am getting some pinging going on again when I roll on the throttle to WOT, especially when riding 2-up.
Thanks again.

I adjusted mine by trial add error. I think the higher the number the lower the speedo reads. I used my gps for my gauge.

I memory serves me correctly. I had to lower the number to lower the MPH reading and raise it to raise the MPH reading.

The problem is to much timing. But you need the timing to get mileage. Go to user output and turn on nos and put in 2400, 3500, 33, 74, 60 on the right hand side. Put 5 degrees in the timing retard. This should take care of the roll on ping in high gear. You will still have all your timing in the lower gears because of the 60 mph min speed. You can try different settings when you understand how it works.
