Got it.... I totaly overlooked that .....
Glad to have you helping ....
I also have changed my timing curve and have gotten rid of the loss of pulling power in the low rpm's but the hesitation is a little worse.
I will send you my down load....
thanks again

Curtis,
I want to thank you for your help. The bike is running pretty good and the 70mph roll-on appears to be gone now. Even with me leaning out the AFR from 0% to 22.5% , 500 to 3500rpm by 3%.
Thanks,
Bill

Ride the bike, apply the blm's and send me a map and log in about 100 miles. Also if you want to you can raise the timing up about 2 degrees on every thing execept the 16 map line. If you have no problems with pinging raise it another 2 degrees. Just do not have any more then 36 degrees anywhere.

Okay. Was riding pretty good this morning into work. Then had to go to an appointment and it sounded like a pushrods has loosen up.

TC Voltage readings?
What kind of voltage readings are you guys getting off the log? Mine varies from 12.1 t0 13 but usually in the 12's. And those numbers are at cruise range.
I had thought 14V was the norm for a TC but others are telling me differently.

FL at cruise, realisticly off of idle, you should read no less than 13 under a load and you should actually read very close to 14 to 14.5.
sounds like you got a bad stator.. you can check the stator at the plug to see if it goes to ground and if it does sorry to say it is toast..
You are running low enough that you are using the battery to run the motor..

As long as the RPMs are at or above 1000, I get 13.8, it drops of rapidly if the idle is low or unsteady.
I would verify what the TCFI is saying with a mutlimeter.

From reading yesterdays log, average volts were around 13.3 at 45mph and lowest were spikes down to 11.9 at 21 mph.
In the past 6 months I've replaced the stator, voltage regulator, starter & battery.
If there's definitely a problem I'm going to go with a Compu-Fire system...

Sorry to say FL but it sounds like you got a toast stator.. or a voltage regulator.
be sure to test the voltage before the regulator.. might save you a lot of work and some money....
13.3 is just to low.... test it with all the lights on, Highbeam and every thing you can turn on and then see what the voltage is at about 1500 rpm..
if it isnt at least 13.9 or so go looking for a reason...
any trouble starting yet?

Curtis,
Am I supposed to adjust the Alpha-A table at all after applying the BLM?

You can smooth the alpha-n's after you apply. But you need to save a copy of the before graph and look at it later and compare to make sure you go in the right direction with your adjustments. Read the instructions about smoothing. The idle alpha's need to be set manually because they do not self adjust to good.

Use the temp based priming and and iac to add fuel and air for the cold starts. If it is real cold I will cycle my start switch 2 to 3 times. You could do a live view to see what the afr is when you start cold and make sure it is rich. I keep my blm's at 90-95% when I start up hot so the efi has plenty of fuel to meet the engines needs when cold.

Curtis,,,,,,,,hope you had fun last weekend......
weather here is finally starting to stay above the freezing mark...
Hey I am going to put the stock throttle body back on.. I dont think that the dual tb is working with my build..
do you have any maps that would work to start with?
I have 570 s&s gear drive cams, moderate compression (9.8 to 1), K&N A/N High Flow Filter, V&H True Dual headers and python slip-on mufflers. Stock 4.22 injectors....
I hope you have a basic map I can start with..
thanks
