Ignition problem. Either plugs, wires, or coil. A miss is seen as a lean condition so BLM will be high.
Also check compression.

Make sure the injector harness is fully seated on the injector.

I have a 07 streetglide with a stock engine. I have never messed with any fuel injection. I have a laptop with usb ports. I kind of like my stock exhaust. Some questions:
1.) Can a novice type person with some good common sense install this Daytona twin tech system themselves without screwing up the engine?
2.) Also if I keep the stock exhaust and add a larger flow K&N aircleaner will the DTT system work ok? Are there maps for stock type setups?
3.) With the above setup is this a good mod for the money?
4.) would I be better off with the Thundermax unit?
Thanks in advance
Dave

Hey Dave. If this is the extent of your modifying and you plan on keeping it mostly stock, then I recommend not getting the DTT or TMax. Although, TMax would be a better choice of the two. It is simpler to install and tune.
You do have many other choices for tuning the EFI that are cheaper and easier to tune for the stock engine.

Dyno tune?
Tote and others, is it worth dyno tuning for WOT performance after you have the TCFI IID working well? How much can be gained?

No. Not worth it. That is one of the benefits of the auto tune system.

In that case, the DTT would be a good investment as would the TMax. You are going to have to decide for yourself which system is right for you and if you have the mechanical ability to install it. No way for someone to determine that for you. If you are comfortable with computers, electronics, and tearing into an engine you MIGHT be able to do it. If you you are not comfortable with those, you still MIGHT be able to do it. Either way, there are plenty of those here who have done it and will help. The DTT website has installation instructions you can download for free. Read them and you will get an idea of the difficulty involved.

Just wanted to update everyone on the pinging problem I was having. Thanks to all who helped. Hammer107, NW_Guy, and others. I tried messing w/ different timing curves and pulling more and more timing out. It got better but never went away. Per NW_Guy's advice I richened the AFR across the board by 1%. That along w/ a final pretty conservative timing table fixed the problem and I have no complaints how the bike runs. IMO it feels really strong. Thanks again everyone for the help.

Use 12.5 / 13-1 AFR and 28 degrees timing at WOT for bagger and you will be happy. On a light bikes AKA Dyna you can go to 32 degrees timing because of less drag. Spend your money on gas and ride.

Well after double checkin every thing the problem got worse so I was able to find it and My RINEHART pipes I like so well where cracking between the head and the bracket where they bolt on by the starter (and this is between the head and o2 sensor). this was surprising and agravating as it was a 3 way spider crack, so after getting it welded I decided to leave that mounting bolt out and let the head and rear muffler bracket support it. (a friends bracket broke on his and is the same location)
