you know you can also use the 3 buttons on the front of your power commander ........you have the map loaded.....than go into button mode and go up 1 bar on each button and see what that does for you.......the nice thing about power commanders is you can save your map and start over anytime you want

i just looked on power commanders website
they said harley made changes to there ecms and maps made up to 06 will run rich and they stated you can use the buttons on the front to go down 2 bars on the first 2 and up 1 on the last button.
there maps are good but sometimes you have to adjust a little
call them up .......they gave me great info on my fuel injected 4wheeler

I would double check your exhaust flanges at the heads to make sure they are tight.

The Map that was loaded was M807-125. This happening after the bike is warmed up. Then when i decel the bike pops. Lower RPM's.

The map loaded up the bike up. The popping was a little better. The bike was sluggish. It seemed to run hotter.

Can you be more specific as to "sluggish"? I did not make any fuel changes that should have affected anything from cruise to higher throttle openings. I only changed closed and near closed throttle fueling.
Also, what do you base the "running hot" comment on?

The bike did not seem as responsive as before. The bike loaded up on take off. It spit and sputtered.
The bike fells hotter.

05don'srk,
the PCIIIusb EX unit was desgined for the California market to comply with their ARB regulations. It does not allow fuel changes in the low rpm/throttle area (timing is still adjustable).
