Will an 08 PC3 work on an 07?

Just wondering if an 08 (818-511) Power commander will work on an 07 (812-511) touring model. I have been told by Dynojet the 805-510 will work on the 07 models.

The 818-511 will not work on the 2007 bike. For 2008 Touring models the EFI was completely changed to the new drive by wire system and the ECM is completely different.
