saving calibration with SERT

I am using the SERT virsion 4.7.7 I want to know if I can save my current calibration, if so, how?

if you refer to the calibration stored in your EFI, no dice. welcome to the forum. TTS MasterTune has that feature. Contact them and check on the $100 upgrade programm for SERT owners. It's a good deal. Welcome to the forum BTW.
