Checking 02 Sensors With Sert Data Mode

I am putting my 02 sensors back in action. Last year I made all my closed loop 13.8 to run cooler and just didn't really trust them from malfunction. I have decided to try closed loop again see if the muflers clean up alittle. I have a 2008 flhx with cal 100 sert map with the bias slightly raised and yes not maxed to 798 that everyone now says isn't good. I had bike on data mode in my garage trying to check to see if the 02's still work. In my manuel it really doesn't say crapolla. I see 02 front and rear mv's they are changing all over the place from 400 to a 1000 as bad as the rpm's.
Than I see 02 integrators front and rear they move allittle but mostly 95% to a 100 % hope that a good thing. Then I see new ve
values front and back moving alittle up and down but not bad. So my qustion to you tuner's is are they working properly and does any of you still run a little closed loop or not maybe i should of just left it the way it was. I had no real problem for about a year.
As always guys I appreciate your fine knowledge.

From the SEST HELP screen

With oxygen-sensor equipped vehicles, additional data items are recorded:

Adaptive Fuel Value (AFV)
(Front & Rear cylinders)
The Adaptive Fuel Value (AFV) is displayed in percent (%).

O2 Sensor Voltage
(Front & Rear cylinders) For Oxygen-sensor equipped vehicles, the O2 sensor voltage is reported. This will be a value between 0 and 5100 mV.

O2 Integrator Value
(Front & Rear cylinders) For Oxygen-sensor equipped vehicles, the O2 Integrator indicates the deviation from the ideal fuel mixture over a few seconds time.
A 100% value means the AFR is exactly as expected, while higher values indicate the mixture is Lean and lower values indicate the mixture is Rich.

VE New Value
(Front & Rear cylinders)
For Oxygen-sensor equipped vehicles, VE New is what the Volumetric Efficiency table value should be, based on A/F feedback.
