TTS MasterTune are the people that OEM'd SE Race Tuner all these years. They really know H-Ds ECUs.
Now H-D has introduced SEST SE Super Tuner) which is being made by the same people that has been doing their H-D Digital Technician service program.

Now, one thing is knowing about diagnostics and service intervals, etc. and another ting is knowing about performance and that's what TTS MasterTune shines at.

My winning points for the TTS MasterTune:
1) You can backup your OEM setup.
2) You can build your VE tables by using the O2 sensors that recent H-D models come with.
3) If you have to ask (sooner or later you will) most tuner know TTS MasterTune (previously know as H-D SE Race Tuner) far better than the new SE Super Tuner.

My 2 cents.

Just did it a couple of weeks ago. Much better. I really liked the IID but I don't think I'll go back to it except as a spare to get on the road quick if the OEM fries.
