06 Softail Fi2000 fit an 07 Dyna?

I removed a Cobra Fi2000 from my 06 Fatboy in favor of a PCIII after a build and recently purchased an 07 Street Bob for the wife. The Dyna runs lean and hot (stock other than a Screamin Eagle intake and V&H straightshot slipons) and I want to add some kind of fuel proc to it. I'd love to use the Fi2000 that I have.

Cobra's website says the part numbers for the two bikes are different (#1604 vs. #1606) so I'm assuming that they aren't interchangeable, but I have to ask - does anyone know if the injector plugs are the same on the two bikes? I think all of these Fi2000's are the same inside - it's the injector plugs that are different and unless you want to cut and splice (which I don't) you buy the one for your application. I know I can try it (lift the tank and check the plugs) but I was hoping someone else has already plowed this field.

Juat asking - I'd love to not spend the $ on something I already have.

thanks -

In case anyone is interested - the answer is 'yes'.

I had an exta hour yesterday so I propped up the Dyna tank and went to compare the plug shapes of the Street Bob vs. the 'Softail' version of the Fi2000's plugs. To my surprise they looked identical, so I clipped them together...so far so good. I bolted the seat back down, connected the ground and hit the starter. Vroom - turned right over.

I set the three 'jets' to 'Stage 1, no download' (not knowing if this bike had the dealer download or not) and took it for a 5 mile ride where it ran great. When I got the bike home I shot the heads with my laser thermometer and she seemed to lose about 30* of heat on average when measured in the same spot I had taken readings from without any fuel management system added (not scientific but then again).

Anyway, the part numbers don't jive on Cobra's website but the plug-outs are the same and the Softail version of the Fi2000 seems to work just fine on a Dyna.
