Misses at low speed

I'm having a misses and short bursts in 1st and 2nd gears at low speeds such as 20-30 mph. 3rd - 5th gears sound and run fine. (2000 electra glide fuel injected) Any help is appreciated.

Suggest you check your spark plugs and plug wires to ensure they are ok. I am suspecting the TPS may have shifted requiring adjustment or replacement. Mine never spit any codes.
That's about the way mine went.. miss at light throttle. It was much more evident in the lower gears. That's not to say it wasn't there in higher gears, just not so noticeable.
