2009 Exhaust ,No air filter upgrade??

Hey all,just bought a 2009 FXDC,picked up a set of python dual staggered at a great deal,just curious if i dont get a stage one download right away,or a fuelpak or something is it going to hurt anything??? I installed the pipes it runs fine,no problems found,do notice there seems to be a little more heat off of them though,any help is appreciated!!

From everthing I read a change in exhaust only does not require a
stage 1 download. Especially on the 09's. Many say you can get away with an a/c change also. I wouldn't.
