TMAX Service is Outstanding

I have read where folks have had troble with their units or not been able to set them up correctly. They then have a negative expieience and then blast a product.

I setup my TMAX w/Auto tune for the Sturgis trip. I must have set it up incorrectly. I had dead spots, and terrible fuel milage.

As I am a believer in the porduct, I called their Customer Service #. They said to check out the Rapid City HD dealer, Zippers had a booth there.

I went to the booth, described my trouble to the tech there. 20 miuntes later, my bike ran like a top, I got 40mpg in the hills and the bike screams with power. The tech there then took the time to descibe to me the things he was doing, and that is was all stated in the manual. Which I have not fully read yet. All for the price of NOTHING. Great expirience, incredible service, and a fantastic product.

I will go to my grave defending this product and their services.

I like my unit because you can do any adjustment you want and if it isn't right readjust or go back to where it was and try an other adjustment till it suits you needs and runs they way you want it too!
