T-Max rear cylinder misfire advice?

OK here is the bike details.
2003 roadking
88inch
SE 204 cams
Zipper breather
Rhineheart true duals
t-max with auto tune
bike idles rough and slow rpms runs rough. heavy throttle seems ok but is lacking performance. While idling, if cover front exhaust, sounds good. cover front and sounds rough.
Looked at specs in tmax after run down road for a few miles and it shows the front cylinder kinda smooth but changed. the rear cylinder is all over the place. Been troubleshooting for a few days now. changed intake manifold gaskets and tested. no leaks. switched O2 sensors and no change. switched spark plugs, no change. switched spark plug cables, no change. changed exhaust baffles, no change, put smaller air cleaner back on, no change.
If the bike is sitting here, and i raise it up to 2200 rpms you can here that the rear cylinder is popping and not smooth like the front is. I emailed t-max the programs stuff but most of them are at sturgis so i wont get help from there till they get back. I need advice please.

Try changing the basic map. If you selected one that matches your build in the closest way try one that is fairly close to your present one, this might help. Don't forget to clear all inputs and do the initialization again. Have Luck!

Armin.

claydbal will become famous soon enough
sounds like another broken injector wire. watch the rear afr and see if it goes lean, normal lean. the wire will break inside the insulation right at the sharp bend where it is zip tied to the frame.

Tried 3 different maps. all with same result. I went with a close on stock side, then with exhaust and then on a 95 inch map. all with same result.

Will check that this morning. While i am checking that, i was thinking of switching the injectors from the rear to the front and see if maybe the actual injector was bad. It does go lean and the auto tune tries to adjust for it. I will post a picture of the results today. have to create an account to post pics first but will do today.

Update: Switched injectors and checked wiring. No better. Loaded new map to start fresh and rear cylinder still stumbles and misfires.

You have to pull on the wire (hard) to find the break, the plastic will make it look like it is Okay yet the wire inside is broken and changing values on it causing the injector to fire improperly. It is usually the rear one.
