pc-v on stock 09

I have a 09 fatboy and I want to retain the stock pipes and filter but I want to resolve some of the heat issues. Will the pc-v work with a stock set-up like mine. I just want to make the air fuel ratio a little richer. Does the stock map do this? I dont want to get it dyno tuned untill I put other parts in the engine next year. Thanks in advance.
