pc III or auto tune

Should I run with the pc III or an auto tuner. I am going to make a few changes in the future, but want the tuner pretty quick. Have stage 1 up grades and I think stage 2 remap at dealer. Also cam and injectors. Might change cam in the future. Are the auto tuners great or is it just better to play with maps.
