High flow Bub 2 into 1

Hey folks,

Long time lurker here. Let me start off buy saying I know I need a
remap and race tuner (or variant theroff).
I installed the screamin eagle high flow air filter on my 08 FLHX and
a set of bub7 2 into 1 (love them, pain in the ass to install).

Due to circumstances out my control the race tuner is outa the question atm and I want to just install a Harley remap,but every dealer I talk to is telling me different things. From Cant do it because of the bub 2into 1s, to- you dont need to remap, the efi will adjust.

Well I have a appointment tonight to install the stage 1 map but am not 100% confident in the decision.

The tuner, I will get-after my trip to Colorado, Im just hoping to get the best thing for the bike here, a band aid of sorts. I know it wont be perfect (although it runs hella better than it did stock atm).
Any feedback from experienced folks in the area would be hugely appreciated
