Real old newbie question

Purchased my second HD after 36 years and have a question. My 2008 Rocker C seems to be running a little lean and very hot under the seat due to the O2 sensors. I purdhased it new from the dealer maped with V-H big radius pipes and screaming eagle air filter, no other mods.
I have been forum reading and not quite sure which way to go. I ride here in north Texas and would say at least 80% of my riding is below 40% of throttle. On deceleration the engine pops somewhat and at full throttle in 6th gear at 60 it does not set me back in the seat. From forum talk I must be in the closed loop group most of the time.
To address this issue a have read about Nightrider LC-1 WB02 kit with new 02 sebsors, seems to be a partial fix.
Any advice?
Thanks in advance
