Fuel Leaking

2001 ST Springer with Delphi injection, after filling tank, if left standing fuel pours out under bike. Leave 1" from top of tank and no problem. Has done since bike is new.
Any Thoughts?

claydbal will become famous soon enough
there is a vent hose (overflow) at top front of tank. this is where the fuel is coming from . the hose dumps between tranny and swingam if routed properly.

+1 for the overflow hose. I've run into this too. If you stand the bike up straight, it stops leaking...lean it back onto the stand and it leaks again. Don't fill the tank that full and it won't be a problem.
