Dynojet Customer Service

I want to give a big thanks to Dynojet's Michael for helping me out with a map to try for my bikes combo. It worked very well and afforded me the opportunity to get some quality riding in today. If you need help I would highly recommend contacting them. Their years of experience certainly helped me out. Great customer service.

Gotta agree on the customer service, just sent in my dyno stack for repair, they found a ton of stuff wrong with it and replaced many parts but they still only charge a flat rate of 75 bucks, unheard of in todays world, also had great communication. Thanks guys!!!!!

I had a great experience with them last year too. Easy to work with.

08 Ultra Classic PCIII usb SuperTrapp SE w Arlen Ness

I owned a new Ultra Classic 08 that I have install an Arlen Ness big sucker, PCIIIusb, stock headers with SuperTrapp SE slipons. Do you have a map that I can try? I had the bike dynotune at an authorized dealer. The bike doesn't get the same mpg went form 40+ to 30-, also the bike splits and sputters everytime after starting cold or warm. It is worst cold. I can send the map that the bike is using now after the tune. The low end seems to be truly gone from when the bike was totally stock. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Duckwater

The "authorized" dealer is pulling your pants down.
Find someone that knows what they are doing.
