Throttle body and pipes are the limiting factors IMHO, your out of air by 3500 rpm. Your pdf file says Dyna but your sig line shows a softail, which is it? Also notice runfile 4

....and a different Dyno....? You may have some limiters as BVB mentions, but don't chase someone elses numbers.

File should say 117Dyno.
I have a HPI 55mm I'm installing this weekend, hopfully it will help some.
I still have not decided on the pipe for the build.
I had a base run done to see if it was running to rich/lean, and were the HP/TQ would fall.
The Tune to come after TB, pipe install and finish breaking in the motor.

Why was the bike on the dyno? You stated its not broke in yet and based on the fact I dont see and air fuel line(maybe you just didnt print it?) you didnt have it on there to verify a/f ratio for breakin. It really has no business being on there if these steps were not going to be taken. I have seen many build come in with figures like that and after a tune come away shining like a star. Dont jump the gun yet.

Stock tb...questionable pipes...improper tune....What did you expect??? Really!!
Look how the tq drops off after 3500. Your engine ran out of breath!
Too soon to start barking. You need to finish things up first. Get a break in tune loaded, break it in and then get your final tune dialed in, then come show off your build.

Jeff,
What t/body, and pipe combo did you have, on your 117" prior to the disaster??

Not only is the t/body size(and proper injector size) and exhaust(if over exhausted there will be a dip, and if under, there will be a nose dive around 5000, usually) of importance for the ablity to produce, but the I.D. of the port, as well as the I.D of the manifold, and the valve(s) sizes, and port shape as well.

yes they are. even with the components your running, with a good tune I would think you would be putting out a good bit more. Regardless of what dyno it was run on. BTW, who did your heads? Thread title says R&R, sig says GMR.

Who would've let you get away with a stock tb on that build??? a bigger throttle body and different exhaust are for sure, IMO. A good exhaust is SO cruicial in tying a build together. I had a guy come to me and want his 124 tuned with a custom 2-1 pipe on it that was hand built by a racecar outfit from a near by town. This pipe was beautiful and a work of art, there's NO way I could build a pipe that nice. But the bike didn't tune for $hit and made 109hp/128tq. He thought it was fun to ride til I sold him on a Boarzilla and it picked up 30+ hp and 15 tq. You're not going to run a marathon breathing through a straw.
