Houston area dyno guy?

I just bought my first Harley - an '01 Road King. Put a pcIII on it a few months ago and am only getting about 34-35 mph. Normal? Thinking about taking it and getting a good tune on it instead of the can downloads. It has Stage 2, 203 cams, dual reinharts, SE air filter. What download would y'all suggest?
Thanks for the input

The Bike Shop, in Beaumont should be able to tune it.

Not normal. You should be able to at least go the speed limit.:redrolf :

Another place, if a road trip accross the Lone Star State is all good, would be Lazzano's, in Cibolo.
