TXCHOP--Thank you for posting. This is the sheet i recieved from Joe at JOESCYCLEREPAIR of my 09 flhx Hillside build. It's a 96 inch with the Hillside stage 2 heads, wood-6 camk, PCv and rush 2.25 mufflers. 100HP and 110TQ
It is a budget bagger build....and i am THRILLED with the work HILLSIDE did as well as with the tune from JOESCYCLEREPAIR. This bike really runs very strong and sounds just wicked.
This is the only sheet i have.

While I am not a believer in Joe's numbers, the torque curve looks great, I am sure it is a vast improvement over stock.

As long as you are happy with how it runs, that is all that matters. Scott puts a good product out.
That chart doesn't mean squat without details. I sure wish Joe would broaden the lines so you could see the tq curve better.

TXCHOP just had his bike re-tuned by Dave @ JD Cycle
and his posted dyno run was run 101 also.

Quick! Everyone put your tin foil hat on!
Seriously though, beware of an EFI tune with break-in that has very few passes. These are not all WOT runs and many are run to tune out dips, adjust individual cyl's, some to change timing, some for fuel curve, (see doof clenas)
The guys that dyno for a living can elaborate on this but the details may make your head hurt.

The A/F line looks bad, hard to tell with as scrunched up as it is, but it looks like it goes from REALLY rich to REALLY lean then gets kind've close for a bit. I have to say, i'm not impressed with the printout, I think you left a little bit in the dyno room.

I have seen other threads where Joescyclerepair is attacked for the way they print dyno charts and what they show and don't show. I am certainly not in a position to tell the man how to tune or how to show his charts....
That said--If you think the numbers are BS--then you must think that HILLSIDE builds a **** product---and frankly, i don't think that anyone here thinks that. In fact--i can attest to the fact that the bike really hauls azz!!!
So--if you like the dyno sheet--great---
--if you don't--oh well nothing i can do about it....
All i can say is--MY TUNE is spot on and the bike runs really-really great!! I really appreciate HILLSIDE and JOESCYCLEREPAIR for all their hard work. And--thanks for TXCHOP for posting---.
I wish everyone a nice summer--i'm going off to ride.....

May want to contact Joe on that, and alert him to his unforgiveable shortcomings with his tuning abilitys.

I don't think anyone is insinuating that your build is a POS, just a simple fact that the dyno tuner you used has an improperly calibrated dyno and does everything in his power to enhance the appearance of sheets with the graphing, if he is truly as great of a tuner as everyone says his tuning alone would stand on it's own merit and there would be no need for these games with the scrunched up sheets and no run disclosure. One can only speculate as to why you wouldn't want to use the newest Winpep software available and be as accurate as possible for useful comparisons, As for the afr line, it's only a representation of a WOT to redline run for the most part and I never understood why everyone is so enamored with a flat afr line, when the dyno run is started, the engine is under high load to get the heavy dynojet drum rolling, high load in the delphi system also equals high MAP, open up any sert file(afr target sheet) and check out high map areas (80-100), it's ALWAYS a lower afr number which equals a richer mixture, as the dyno drum rolls up and rpms increase the MAP number decreases and the afr target value number rises, as the rpm increases further you get back into lower afr numbers once again with a richer mixture, now, factor in the smoothing affect of the smoothing in the winpep software and those small variables in the afr line don't mean squat. Cardshark, if your bike runs good than I am betting you left nothing behind in the dyno room, as for the hard numbers,(or anyone's) they are only for barstool racing only, lets just say I hope you never have to back them up in the real world on the asphalt dyno.

look at the tq line and the money you saved!!! oem pipe works lots better than folks think. well planned mods that made power per $$!
congrats.
BVBOB, i agree about the afr line. anytime i see a flat 13:2 afr line, i think mediocre tune and power was left in the dyno room! i'll take a squiggly afr line and a smooth tq line over a squiggly tq line and a smooth afr. JMHO

Harumph Harumph
I agree with Bob & Dennis (typically a low risk postion to take ha ha). Gotta say one thing about Joe good or bad, he is consistent.
Maybe he's going for the "any publicity is good" angle.
Anyway, congrats on a nice build!
