weather in michigan has been outstanding, been able to shake down the superglide for the last week. lowered the front end 2", new tires front and rear, new cams, freshened up the cylinder heads and tightened up the squish. can't wait to go racing!!!
going to spend some time on the clutch this year,haven't tuned with that much, would love to get my 60's down where they need to be.

What class are you racing in?? I'll be coming down as a spectator for a few days (definitely Sunday) and to check out the swap meet. I'm lucky in that I only live about 70 miles from the track.

i run the 10.90 index, maybe the 11.50 and e class.

We have 8 days till our major bike drag for the year also, halfway through fitting some drag bars and redoing the tune on my 107, like a kid wait'n for xmas.LOL.

Good luck to all you racers.I really miss it,new rotating job hours for the last 10 yrs cancel out drag racing,on the strip anyway.There are plenty of bros who like a good street battle once in a while.Not to worry,it only happens out in farm country,fields both sides of the road for miles.Yup! I,m a lucky Dog!

stix, last years best was a 10.71, looking to get to 10.50 or better. i think it's got it in there somewhere, i need a better 60 foot program, that's what i'll be focussing on.

dog, 155 cube road king? what the hll is that like? i gotta believe that thing just lights the tire at will.

i'd invite you out, but a certain member here would follow you around the forum casting doubt on the integrity of your time slips. lmao. prolly won't be seeing him at the strip anytime soon either......

01, which cams did you swap to? hope ya break the 10.50!! if you worry too much about that 60, it will comsume ya. it will come , if you can get that chassis to hook, with time.

but above all else, keeep the shiny side up, and stay out of the marbles.

i went to a 647 redshift, don't tell, it's a secret. dave gained another 7 or 8 cfm on the intake side and some improvement on the exhaust. should see some top end improvement, may creep on the 130 mark!! not sure about the gearing..

Is there a rain date for this weekends race? Looks like the weather ain't gonna be to good...Gotta hope the Racing gods hold back the
