Help removing baffles on V&H Big Radius

The baffle in the lower pipe slid right out after removing the set screw, but the baffle in the upper pipe seems to be jammed in there really bad. Any ideas on how I can remove the baffle without screwing anything up too badly? Thanks all!

If you can thread the screw back in from the inside thread it in just far enough so it's a couple threads into the baffle only.
Then loop a coat hanger or something similar around the screw and start yanking. Spray some lube in the exhaust as well
When you get it out a little use some heavy pliers to finish pulling it the rest of the way.

Dent puller slide hammer, and lots of rust bust. Running the engine for a few minutes to heat the pipe sometimes helps.
