No it won't. The only seats that will fit an 05 are an 04 or 05 seat. That's the only years for that frame. I've got an 05 Super Glide and know from experience.
Harley made the Dyna frame basically the same from 96 to 03. Then changed the frame for 04 and 05. Then changed it again for 06 and up.
