Ran fine then quit...Please HELP!
Hello experts,
I just installed a new Rinehart crossback exhaust, kuryakyn hypercharger and dynojet powercommander. This is on an 08 Low Rider. The install went fine. I started it up for the first time... great, started right up no problems or hesitation, powerful, sounded awesome. I let it idle for just a little bit then tested the throttle. Still everything was awesome. Got it up to normal running temp and still everything was great. Shut her down. I was still messy from work so I showerd then got ready for a ride. Started up the second just fine again. Got a 1/4 mile down the road. Stalls. Won't start anymore. The pump kicks on and the starter turns but I only get one fire every maybe 5 seconds. Gas tank is full... double checked the connections everything seems fine, would like to check for leaks but it won't start! Please HELP!!! Thank everyone

I did that... still nothing... I got a couple of fires but nothing sustainable or running. I even retrieved the map from the unit to make sure it remembered the map and that it was there and it was. Any other ideas?

Re-Map. The Power commander comes with a base setting and it may not be the correct setting.
Peace

alright... so my mistake i had only disconnected the power commander at the bike computer. I did double check the map and it was the correct one. Still frustrated I disconnected the other end of the power commander and a bunch of water poured out!!! Obviously from me washing it after the install (get the grim off the chrome!). But the thing thats got me now is, I installed this thing behind the stock computer as much out of the way and with the amount of water that came out sounds like a design issue! Do any of you have this problem... how did you solve it... I think I am just going to wrap it up in electrical tape and hope for the best. Hopefully I won't have this problem everytime the bike needs a bath. Thanks for you help guys.

I had that problem with mine. We finally greased the connectors and wrapped it with electrical tape. Mine would even cut out on foggy mornings. Once it dried out it runs great.
