new tune w/TTS Master Tune
Had this build done about a year ago by Scott Palmer, great power right off idle thru redline and contrary to what alot of people say the woods cam is quiet as stock when set up correctly. Recently changed from PCIII to Mastertune, very happy with the results. Great combo, engine by Scott and tune by Dave
Hillside Build
95"
TW6G
Stage II heads
Wiesco pistons
10:1
HPI 48mm TB
Zippers AC
Zippers oil pressure spring
Fatcat w/std baffel

The new TTS MasterTune ROCKS! It is definately the Cadillac of tuners.
And Scotts build is proving itself through the test of time by providing the same torque and power as it did when it was new.

Nice clean strong power-Great torque line! You also know the motor is built right and will be RELIABLE for a long time.
Another great build by Scott and Hillside!!
Congrats!

His bike is an '04 Heratige, it's not using the new v-tune system which uses o2 sensors.

there is no up grade as of yet for the older sert version they are working on it tho.
and yes just like Steve said about the o2 sensors when the new up grade comes out i think it wil require o2 sensors to run the v-tune.... but keep in mind v-tune will not work with every cam combo. too much cam and compression will throw off the sensors because of the pulse waves and reversion so it might not be for every one. i my self will be up grading just too get that finer tune out of it thats what i am waiting for..

George we don't know if the reversion in the manifold is effecting the V-Tune process or if we seen a 02 sensor failure in two cases. This is why I suggest to do a 02 sensor test in the Data Master program before a V-Tune is started. In other words the reversion in the manifold effecting the V-Tune program has not been confirmed at this time, there hasn't been another incident reported from the bigger inch and larger cams builds in several months.

The TTS maps are .mt6 format, same as the SERT maps.
If the TTS maps can't be used with a SERT, could I copy/paste the charts over to a SERT map and use it?
Winter is coming soon.........and I'm already getting bored.
LOL

TTS maps are .MT7, which makes them unique to mastertune.
However mastertune can read and use .MT6 calibrations.
And yes you can copy and paste (PITA) from one to the other, very carefully checking for any and all differences in tables.
Hope this helps,
Bob

Al sent me his TTS map from this thread, and it's in .mt6 format.
I thought that was kind of strange as well, but who am I to know any different at this point.

When using the TTS to tune 06 and earlier bikes, you work off of an mt6 file. The mt7 files are set up for bikes that have o2 sensors and are able to be tuned with the "v tune feature".
I have found that even when tuning in mt6 files with the TTS, that the tune goes much smoother than with the race tuner.
