no, forgot to ask...iirc it was low 13's straight across...watched him do the whole tune...did some timing swings at wot as well...started with 6's, it didn't like 4's, ended up with 8's

Would it be possible to remove 4 discs without ruining the tune? The low speed stutter is a little worse now and I wonder if a little more back pressure would smooth it out and increase torque.

wont hurt to try, you can always stick em back in if it runs worse.
if he tuned timing with all the discs, watch for ping if reducing disc count.
how many you got now? open or closed end cap?

it was tuned with 28 closed and no cover...wood wants $100 for the cover...put the stock round cover back on this morning...also reduced to 24 discs...feels torquier seat of pants but is loading up at idle

i would be leary of across the board fuel change. when playing with exhaust to quieten it, i wind up pulling some timing in the middle and fuel at top. then tweak fuel in the lower range. if i like whats happening, then its a complete tune. so far, havnt got quiet and power to work together nicely tho.LOL

Do you still have the dyno? Might could make a run over there next weekend.

things have changed since you were here. i am no longer running cripple creek. built a shop on property last year. now, i am moving to a place with highway frontage so dyno is all unhooked and computers boxed. you have a twin scan/wego?
who did your tune? i heard there is a guy in kenner that is pretty good, but wouldnt want to say if he is the bad guy.
