Jeff. Did the tuner really only spend 40 minutes and 5 runs tuning a your fuel injected bike. Not knocking anyone, just wait on pulling it down to see what other think. I think you have at least a few more tq hiding in there.

What TX said. A thorough tuner will do a lot more runs than that. I have to think there's plenty left on the table.

may not be as bad. the new trannys dont allow the numbers 5 speeds do, couple that with SAE, maybe a lazy dyno----------curve looks like good tq across the board.
oh, and wut they said about the 5 run tune.
will it wheelie?

Dude!!!!!!! what do you expect from a 95CI motor????? with a great tune you might have maybe 7 or 8 more hp in that motor!!!!!! You will be lucky if you break 100hp,and i do mean lucky.Your running SE heads? did i read that right? Did anyone ever tell you CI mean everything???????especially when it comes to HP/TQ

I take it by your thumbs down that you were led to believe it would make better numbers than that, more info on you build if you don't mind, headwork?, compression, tuning device?

So how does it ride? That is a nice looking tq curve, even for just 5 pulls.
Are you using the SERT? If so, I'd suspect they just set the fuel at wide open and that's it. No timing work, no trial and error, nothing ,or the pulls would be there.
I proper tune will net more power I'm sure, but don't get hung up on the numbers.
My first build was similar to yours and the also the numbers. It ran so good and the power was there, I was afraid to mess with it or it might not run as well.

Mondello heads are supposed to be top of the pile. I can't open the graph but what pipes are you running. And as others have said could be a stingy dyno. Did you check the tire air pressure and was the operator sitting on the bike or standing beside it. Lots of varibles.

even with a bad tune they did get 10 more out of it...heck it did feel stronger before the tune now it feels week... the heads are 1.940/1.570 89cc's 10.5.1 comp w/JE 10.25.1 pistons.... the heads are killing the cam... Joe and Bob woods said it should be getting about 107 on the tq..... i seen several dyno sheets at another dyno shop with just a 95 kit and no head work with just a cam making more than me...... for 5,100.00 you kinda expect your money worth.....so yea i'm a little pissed. i'm not going to chase this down with putting diff cams in,what i am going to do is get a diff set of heads/good 2> pipes or have mine reworked by someone that knows motor bikes then i will pay for a good tune not like the 1 i got going to cost 400.00/Joe knows cars not bikes... he should of known what works it was his package and heads.

tuned with a sert... the master tunner is off hurt with 4 broke ribs so my builder which is not the tunner did my tune/he is a very good builder and recomend him to anyone, but he did do the best he knew how.. i have another tunner inline for the next tune that comes highly recomended and i went to talk with him and he took his time and showed me everything about it and let me help him on the dyno and said it takes him about 5hrs or more for a tune and will give me the map also, so i will pay him 400 he charges for a good tune after i get a new set of heads and pipes

Dont scrap everything at once, first try a set of pipes, the fatcats fit nice and work well on my 06 Dyna, I don't think you are all that far off, a better pipe and a little timing work can go a long way toward getting what you are after.

AMEN. folks dont wanna blame shitty pipes----they paid so damned much for em. recently, i saw 4 tq on 1 degree timing change, and it was right in the meat of the curve!

yes i will get a 2>1 pipes... the way the heads are built the se 257 cams would work great because of the 1.570 exhaust valve and the 260 duration on the exahust side of that cam,but i recon why i'm bitching is i payed for a woods cam build not a se build...
sorry for the rant......but even like it is with a good tune and 2>1 pipes the heads are still going to hold the cam back and i just can't see spending 400 on a tune then still having to redo it and then pay for another tune which is what Joe wants me to do....not happing when i payed him for heads to work with that cam
