He was here in indiana a couple weeks ago we did a cold compression check both were @160.. He has the pc3 usb say's it ping's on take off. Look at this dyno he had done i haven't seen any like it he has the vh big radis 2 into1......He's getting 96hp and 97 tq. heck i got 92hp and 97tq with 37g cams so whats up here. Oh yea it's a fatboy....

That's crap. My Mackie build was turning 105tq/107hp with a bad crank and sloppy pistons. My guess, the 160 ccp is too low & the tune is poor. My new Mackie build (done by Bennett's Performance in Long Beach) is running 180 ccp on both cyls. Only 350 miles since the build, but I guarantee it's pulling more than the previous 105/107.
A well done Mackie feels great. Click the hyperlink in my signature to see the bad crank/pistons dyno.
Not a HINT of ping in my build by the way. See Bob @ RC Cycles in Hayward for the tune. Bob Bennett did me right in the build.

yall look at the graph. that is two horsepower grapghs. see the little peak right before fall off? those are hp lines.
bottom line appears to be 3rd gear pull, top line looks like 4th gear pull, just guessing by mph.
both pulls appeear to be from same bike, if you look closely at the curves and squigglies in both lines, they appear to match.
question is why would someone hand you a sheet like this? would you trust anything they told you ?
also note a total of 15 runs.

I wonder if the builder set the squish, or just bolted it all together and called it good.

If your gauge is accurate then something is way off. The megashere heads are hemi style and use special domed pistons. Compression should be 180-185psi ccc. Possibly flat top pistons which would be bad...or some type of sealing problem.

If you look closely you can see what appears to be a faint set of torque lines, the part that is really strange is the graph was not changed to engine rpm, and is set by the bottom tab to MPH on your chart.

Called my brother today and he said they did a compression check when the place did the build and the compression was 160 there also.. When he had it tuned the primary plastic shoe broke and they replaced it he says it runs strong and feels like there is alot of power. Thanks for taking the time to look at the graph i was just wondering about it since i had'nt seen one like that....

That's not enough compression for a Mackie build. There's a LOT more in it.

Hmm, vibrating, not scavenging oil? could be the crank shifted and took out the oil pump
