103_GMR Heads_TW6

Ok so its been about 3k since I put Steve's heads on so I thought I would post my pull from today. Im getting 42-45mpg on the highway 34-37 in town..heavy twisting!!!

Specs:
103 BB Kit
SE FT's, deck set to 0
GMR CNC heads set @ 10.3 with .030 gasket
Wood TW6
D&D Fatkitty
50mm SE TB w/4.89 Injectors
Zipper Tmax w/AT
Zipper 320CFM filter
30 tooth EVO sprocket

Both shown pulls are in 6th gear 1:1 gearing (so same as a 5th gear pull in a 5 speed) with the 30 tooth sprocket. It revs FAST!!!! loves life above 3800rpm if Im scooting down the Highway @ 75mph and firewall the throttle in 6th gear to pass a semi i'm doing 110+mph when I get around it!!!

Bikes manners are great its perfectly happy putputting around a parking lot and SCREAMS when you hammer it. Very happy now that everything is dialed in, big thanks to Steve for getting me what I wanted in the heads!!

First pull was right after they went on the second was today. I had a Dyno pull that showed 108/118 but I know it is a happy dyno and this is the same one I have been useing since stage 1

For those that can't see the final was 106/112 with 100+TQ at 2800 till 5500 peak TQ is at about 3800

Im using the Zippers, I have the AFR set to 13.6 below cruise (0 to 22%) 14.1 at cruise(22 to 37%) and 13.2 (all above37%)
I started to hear a little roll on pinging above 14.3 in cruise and I decided to drop a little in AFR instead of loose timing cuz the throttle response got to soft with the timing option

Looks good nothing to complain about there. Glad to hear the tune is going well. Being that we both have to deal with the "great fuel at the pump" and the high heat.

Well So now how long before the next step up in performance??? LOL

Not sure what I'm doing with the crank yet (stroke wise), I'm not reworking the stocker. Going with a new unit and have DH work it just waiting to see what happens in the crank world in the next few months.
