103" home build
I have a friend with a machine shop that built a 103" motor for my 07 StreetGlide.
He bored my cylinders, installed SE flat top pistons, installed 1.9 intake valves, cleaned up the exhaust ports, and installed Andrews 37H cams. It already had V&H true duals and slip ons, SE air cleaner, and SERT installed before the build. Previously, it make 71hp/85tq.
The bike is ridden mostly 2 up and in the hills of SW Missouri.
Here is the new dyno sheet:

Looks like a nice build without spending a ton of money. Congrats, it should be a fun ride.

You're leaving tons behind with the true duels. I'd opt for a different cam myself, but hey, it ain't my bike!! Ride, enjoy, repeat!!!!!!!!!!

I know!
I just don't care for the looks of the 2 into 1 exhaust on baggers. Plus they are too loud for the passenger. (my wife) LOL
I somewhat agree on the cam now. I wish I would've went with the 54H.
But overall, I'm happy with it. The sluggish 6th gear problem is history too.

I think anytime you jump over the 100tq mark below 3000rpm, it makes for a fun ride even if there could be more there.

Gotta respect the home/garage builds that turn out well. Haven't seen as many of those lately.

its because of a strange phenomenom, my dyno sheet is bigger than yours.
shame too, because lots of home builds will smoke the builds done by some of the sponsors----------------anyone wanna race? my dyno sheet sucks by comparison, but ------------------------------------------------------

He charged me $500 labor, and I had less than $500 in parts. But of course it cost me $361 to tune it!!
