Its right at 200 psi. I do have compression releases but it will fire up without it when I forget to use them.

It is especially for a bagger but I'm guessing its a dog compared to your 'little' scooter. I rode Dave's RK with the 120" and it will do damage to your shoulder sockets, I can only imagine what a more potent package on an even lighter bike will do !!!

by the way, the HP flattening out above 5200 rpm is indicative of a limitation or restriction on the intake side or the fuel pressure regulator hasn't been modified yet to increase the supply pressure. If I could see the AFR chart, we could see if it's going too lean on the top end or not.
Bottom line is..... there is more in there.

That may be true but since its an "autotune' we figured to let it get a few more miles on it then play with the base map some more as needed but it does run great, no bad habits at all. Probably after I get a 1-2k on it, we'll run it again on the dyno and see what the 'Autotune' accomplished or disturbed.

has your regulator been modified to increase fuel pressure?

Its a Thundermax 50 mm throttle body (MM conversion). I would have to say no but not sure if its even possible.

I can't tell from the T-Max sales blurb info but on regular MM efi systems, they are notorious for having low fuel pressure that can limit the engine output in the upper band.
for example, on a true MM system, here is a link to a aftermarket boosted pressure regulator....

Tote, I agree that the dyno sheets show a restriction. But you have to remember that we are running a Quiet baffle on this bike.I would like to slip on a performance baffle on the next visit to determine if this is the case.If so, we will post the differences in the torque curve between the two mufflers.
I also believe that the numbers are a bit askew due to the Baker DD6 trans.

I agree Dave. I have seen the Baker take at least 4/4 from a build. I guess it's just friciton and mass of spinnin another extra gear.

No need if you're just going to dyno it at WOT. Take it out, make sure it's fully warmed up, do 3 WOT runs in third gear from 2000 rpm to redline. You'll be fully dialed in at WOT.
