Hey Joe, nice results, how does it feel compared to the 95"/SE 203 setup you've run before?
FWIW, I disagree with your tuner - 41-44 mpg is not unreasonable to expect. As you know, in my 95" Road King I've run the TW21G, TW26G and now a JM20G. With all these small cams, I've averaged 44-46 mpg running an A/F ratio of 13.2:1 - 13.5:1.

Hey Kelvin!!
Thanks. I feel much more torque than the 95"/SE 203 combo that was on my 2005 Heritage Classic. The 26G comes on sooner and seems to last longer. (I did not have any headwork done with that build.)
I agree with you. I think I could get better gas mileage. I have been tempted to go to John in Richmond or maybe get some bungs installed, get a TTS and tune it myself.

John of Pro-Street has sold his shop. And I heard tonight he's back teaching at MMI Phoenix.

Thanks Kelvin.
The website lists a different owner, but Kim is still listed.

Thanks Scott.
The slipping was not evident in the graph. The tuner told me that he experienced the slipping while tuning the bike, but not during the runs I have graphs from. He let me see it slipping while he was tuning it, and told me I would probably never experience it during normal riding. (It was slipping around 3200 rpm, under a heavy load.)
I replaced the diaphragm spring with the SE one, and the clutch then passed the 3rd gear test.

Great test!! the difference between baffles is amazing.Showing it on a set of overlayed sheets is a great way to show how the bike reacts with a simple change.
Enjoy your build.
