Ron Trock Passes Away

He was a Pioneer and legend in motorcycle dragracing and at Bonneville.
From Heart Complications...
He Developed many tools to help with motor building such as the Trock spring checking tool, lapping ring, and also made his own cylinders, trapdoors, paws, and other parts. Legendary shovelhead and ironhead performance guy.
He modified and tweaked carbs as well...
RIP-

Hillside wants to know Dino or Syn?
Had him make cylinders for us years ago, and have a lot of his tools here. Always enjoyed speaking with him, when we did business, as we would talk about machining.
He was an unsung hero in my book, and a hellava machinist.
His passing is a sad day!!
Ron Trock, Rest in Peace.

Let's not forget his 'Shovsters ' and 'Pansters". You could never just stop in for a minute. always a story to tell or a project to show off. I saw him a few weeks ago ,without his polka dot hat on, I almost didn't recognize him!Rest in peace Ronnie!

yep, see below, Otto has this one. We were running it on a race motor with a fuel pump, the Holley bowl and seat allow the higher pressure.

that's the one Tote, my friend Cow has one too, he ran it on a 114" evo comp bike , used the Trock adaptor for same reason so could use an electric pump for top end, got some higher trap speeds too.

This "Whole Industry" just lost someone that was very special. Anyone that does this stuff day in and day out knows how Sh!tty it would have been without this man. I just hope that he was buried in "His" hat. " Chugga Chugga Choo Choo" my friend.
