If you're in NW Ohio, stop at Ben Breece HD in Ottawa, OH. I bought a bike this spring and couldn't get the dealer in Lima to even return my calls - Breece's helped me buy a bike from one of their customers. They are a MSRP dealer also. Just a nice, small, second generation dealer.

yes they are. I've bought 4 bikes there, including my wifes sporty. did you get the free freight and set up. all their bikes have that on it still.

I bought an '01 Ultra through them but from one of their customers. He had two bikes he was selling, they allowed him to sell through them to keep the sales tax down on the '06 Screamin Eagle Electra Glide he ordered. How many dealers would go out of their way like that ?

I was out riding yesterday and stopped by Breece's to get a trickle charger for my wifes sporty. they had the HD charger and battery tender junior sitting side by side. I looked at them and the specs were the same on them, so I asked what's the difference and was told the price of the HD is more. How many times would that happen at a dealer. I bought the tender junior for $6 less than the HD one.

again good people to deal with. surprised they had a street bob on the floor.

I went out for my morning coffee Monday

and decided to go home by way of Ben Breece's (I had not been to them before). Great store(s) - looked like a terrific selection of bikes and parts. Bikes all had free shipping and set up signs on them. Sales folks sounded like they knew their bikes. I was waiting to purchase small bottle of Novus at the counter and one of the sales guy was wrapping up the paperwork for a new bike a customer was picking up. Sales guy asked the customer if he wanted the manual to take home and read so he was familiar with bike when he picked it up day after. Customer says yea and sales guy goes to get manual. I asked the customer what kind of bike he bought and the guy gets befuddled look and says "ugh, ugh, ---

Hey (sales guy) what model did I buy?" Sales guy says "Ultra". Oh yea says customer. Now the guy did not have a shirt on that said RUB, but he was driving a big Cadillac SUV and . . . Oh well, I am being judgemental. I just hope he enjoys riding as much as the rest of us!

now that's funny. what kind of bike did I buy. sounds like he needs a T shirt with the bike on the shirt so he can just look down and say oh yes this is it here.
