Well I want to say firstly ... I apologize to Bryan. I went off on a tear. I bought his set of white grips off of Amazon and when received , one was rectangular shaped on the end and one was tubular as it should. I fired off first a message inquiring how this was so and which side of the bike was which. Bryan came back with total kindness and told me that prehaps something had misshapen one end, both of which are two different thicknesses. Without a second thought, he offered to replace my set and not even ask for the original set back. I am of course going to send these back to him, as with the pic he received from my cell phone. I would recommend his products to the consumer as he is a thoughtful business man and wish him well in the future

Sometimes you learn the measure of a person when there is a stumble. Sounds like he proved who he really is. Now, if he can sort out the problems before future sales...
