Thumbs down Doherty Machine!!RIPPING People Off!!!!!!!

Apparently, Doherty Machine is going in a different direction than owner Tim Doherty, (RIP), had always taken it.....
They are ripping everyone off.
Josh Doherty is no longer accepting or returning phone calls or e mails. Many people on this Forum, HD, and 1130 are owed parts, $, or a combination of both.
For those of u that contacted Doherty in regards to the 58mm PowerPacc at my behest, and have gotten ripped, I sincerely apologize. I'm out of my brand new 58mm SE TB that I hunted for for over a year on this forum and others
I think Tim was an outstanding guy, who perhaps got a little too involved in his latest endeavor, (world speed record, Vrod), and allowed his son to take over the bread and butter aspects of the business. Well, his reputation that took him years to build is being dismantled by his son's blatant disregard for the customer....
Josh Doherty is hiding......
To anyone who know's this guy, inform him that at least one person he is screwing over will not let this go....
Doherty Machine, AND Motion Racing, (Doherty Machine lost their LLC a couple of years ago, the address on Doherty's site is BS. They moved to Prescott Valley 3 years ago) are in my cross-hairs.
I will take civil action. I am lodging a complaint with the BBB. Tomorrow I have the Prescott Valley PD paying them a visit, and I am going to contact every vendor associated with them with a concise e mail/phone call describing what is going on.
I am just getting warmed up.....
So Josh Doherty....if u get this...man the F up.
It's disgusting what you are doing to your fathers legacy.
Deal with it now, make it right, or maybe deal with it in Bonneville..
I will not let this go away.....

JustDave71 wants to know where he is and how he got here
Just came across this in a search for Doherty

I had a recent email convo with Josh, and he responded promptly to every question, and offered his private number to me as well

is it necessary here? I don't want to post publicly, but...PM me?

Got any details. Sounds like you are just ranting. What's he owe you? How long has he owed you. Tell us the story.
