Anybody use Direct Harley Parts?

I've used them myself gave them a billing address and a shipping address and they still sent it to billing address where it was left on front porch . Called left message on customer service line and still haven't heard back from them yet

Years ago I bought some parts from DHP with no problems. Hadn't bought anything lately because I didn't need anything.

A couple weeks ago my voltage regulator bit the dust and I ordered one from DHP. It came in right away and was genuine Cycle Electric, not a counterfeit. No hassles at all.

Being quick to complain when I think someone willingly screws up and won't fix it, in contrast to a normal mistake we all make, I have to give credit where it is due.

I got my T-header,T-max and S&S air cleaner from them,no problems,and got the header faster than expected.(Thunderheader lead time estimate),and 2 or 3 orders since then.all were best prices I could ever find,and fast shipping too!
