Ever Buy From American Classic Motors?

Has anyone had any experience buying from American Classic Motors? I found them surfing for a good price on V&H Monster Ovals and the price is almost $200 off the V&H website price. I have ordered a set with my fingers crossed. I have always thought if something is too good to be true it probably is; just saying ! If this is for real I will certainly be giving them more business! I'll know in 10 business days.

Thanks for the replies guys. It makes me feel much better to hear of someone else that has had some experience with them. With all the internet scams you never know what to expect. I have already had the someone clean out my checking account one time, after somehow getting my wife's check card number. I am very suspicious of giving out the personal info now.

I bought a set of S&S gear cams and a Danny Grey seat. Received the wrong seat but returned and got the right one no problems. Save a bunch of loot.

+1, several purchases over the last year, and several conversations with Joe over there. He is a good guy and they run a good shop. They build some nice lookin bikes, too. Some gaudy over the top ones, too, but that's just customer demand in America.

Good outfit, no need to worry. You should have done your homework first if you had any concerns.

You are very right... shoulda' posted here before the purchase if there was any concern. My post was an after thought in this case but I will remember to post first if in question next time. A good piece of advice. I will always be cautious after my past experience, that is something that you definitely don't forget, having money in the account one day and the bank calling the next saying you are a few thousand overdrawn! I don't know if there ever was a resolution to who got and used the account number illegally.
