Thumbs up to Durango Colorado HD

Did a dumbass stunt while traveling, forgot the rotor lock was on and starting rolling the bike backward out of the motel's parking space. That short rolling distance and sudden stop bent the crap out of the rotor, pretty much rendering the front brakes worthless in deer/elk country.

Rob worked me into their appointments within the hour, the rotor was replaced and we were good to go. Thought it wouldn't hurt to give them some kudos, they took what was a very crappy day for me and corrected it.

BTW- for any of you who haven't travelled the HWY 139 loop down thorugh Silverton/ Ouray, try it next time you're in range. Pretty nice scenery!

I also had a good experienc at Durango HD..
I lost my stator on a trip from Denver to Durango..
They got me in first thing Monday morning.. they were very honest that they may not be able to get to it that day, but they did..
and it was close to or a little after closing time before I could get there and they were there..very cool.

They only hit that I have to give them is that the tech decided to be nice to me and adjust my drive belt..
And he over tightend my belt by a lot.. the belt was super tight..and since I am 225 and was riding two up with a full load.. it should have broken but didnt..
but alas no harm no foul..
I wouldnt hesitate to send anyone I know there..
