New Roc Harley in New Rochelle Is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

this place is a joke.
the sales manager is a miserable jerk who tried to con me out of my trade.
the scrawny looking owner was too busy flirting with a fat chick to listen to me.
items i ordered were always wrong or late.
the service department botched my repairs.
any paperwork from new roc harley is a mess.
new roc harley is a prime candidate to fail in this bad econimy.

i will never ever spend a another dime in NEW ROC HARLEY. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i bought 2 bikes from them already, they always treated me ok.......i guess everyone has their own opinions!!..

I' gotten some parts before,the older parts guy knows his sh!t.AS far as sales go i was looking hard at a couple of bikes.The sales made no offer on my bike. Told me i should keep my bike and have 2 bikes...............i laughed and told him no thanks.

They're always nice when you're lookin to buy.....service is a different story....I don't like their attitudes in sales,they come on strong and seem shady....They will give you a deal on price but then not give you the rate you qualify for(so they make money back on financing)I've seen it first hand-this is just my honest opinion-
