Fritz's HD Stamford

On May 28 I purchased a used 2003 Electra Glide Classic. After 5 weeks of riding almost 2000 miles I thought that the front brake felt a little mushy and brought it in to be looked at. To my dismay I was informed that my front brakes were in dire need of being changed. Bill Maselli the salesman who sold me the bike immediately picked up the phone and instructed the service department to do the brakes. During the course of the job it was determined that the brake rotors were also unserviceable and also had to be replaced. To make a long story short, I was able to leave the dealer without a huge hole on my wallet. I feel that they went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.

Always nice to hear the good stories! Always nice to see the dealer standing behind something too for a change...

I've also heard good things about Fritz's. My roommate went to another dealer in CT 5 minutes from our house and had a terribele experience. He know rides his bike the 45-50 minutes to Fritz's if he needs any work done.
