Zepka HD in Johnstown, PA is the best!

We all have some horror stories dealing with "stealers". Well, I wanted to share an experience from this weekend because I was blown away.

A buddy and I rode to the Thunder in the Valley Rally in Johnstown, PA from Cleveland, Ohio. Ride a few hundreds miles and we arrive, and while backing in to park, my clutch cable just went limp. This has happened before but that's another story.

The info booth gave us the name of Zepka. We called and were told they were backed up but will call before they leave to pick up the bike. 20 minutes later they were calling. Pulled right up to the bike and rolled her on. I figured, at best, I'd get the bike back the next day late. I called about 2 hours later and Kim said they were test riding it. I couldn't believe it! I thought she was thinking of the wrong bike. We get there and there it was. Ready to roll! I go in and talk with Kim Stenger, who is the sweetest, prettiest person I've ever spoken with. She proceeds to tell me the charge was only $33 for a gasket and fluid and no charge for the tow! Can you believe this? And they were pumping bikes out of the back door repair shop. It was like a bee hive of activity. They had so many folks with no options that they could have overcharged dramatically but they chose to take care of their customers. How refreshing!!

Kim turned down my marriage proposal. I guess it's for the best. The wife doesn't like to share.

Just sayin', I'll get all my parts from Zepka and future bikes as well. They have won my loyalty for life.

Thanks Kim!

The "old" DOC turned me on to them awhile back and I have to say they are top notch in my book too.
