I wanted something inexpensive for longer trips that pop up once in a while. It showed up with scratches on the lid. Some were in circles like they used a small hand buffer and pushed too hard.. I took pics and sent them as requested by CS. When I called back she said she couldn't see the stratches. Hard to get a good pic due to flash and reflection. I just wanted a replacement for the ride to Thunder in the Valley Friday. She said she they all have marks on them and didn't want to send another scratched one.
I paid expedited freight to have it in time, now this. I guess I'll make do with it but never again.
