Shop owners - Tire distributor

I am looking for a new tire distributor. Dunlop, Metzler, Avon, Michelin. Any Suggestions?

man, tires are outa site, good luck. the distributors have cut profits to the dealers. i recently cut price on two bagger tires to match HD price and it actually cost me money. the only person that gets tires at my shop are die hard customers. then its a courtesy, not profit. the internet is the best place to buy tires these days, but you dont know shelf life, blem, out of round-----its a gamble.

Check www.tireexpress.com

I just checked out a web site that looked pretty good. www.tireexpress.com; I think I will try them when it comes time for tires for me, I think shipping is free over 100.00. If anyone else has info. on them please let me know...thanks fatridetom97

Guys, this internet thing is killing our local indi shops. We all talk about when we need that 'thing' fixed that the dealer won't do or wants you to have your entire engine remanufactured, but the indi across town can fix it for half that. If everyone does not start supporting their local indi shops, eventually they will not be there. Get those tires down the street from your buddy at the indi shop. And ask your friends to do the same. Keep your money in your community.

i agree with this 100%

but good luck people dont care were they buy things they just want it as cheap as possible, and right now.
they also dont care if they guy at the local indy shop has been working on bikes since he was a teenager.
they also dont care if they Tech at the the local Dealership has spent tons of his own money going to school buying tools and getting certified by harley davidson. they just bitch and complain about how much it cost.

dont beleave me ask anyone that works at a service dept, it dosent have to be a HD dealer automotive dealers will work.

I cant count how many times I seen grown adults throw a temper tantrum like a child that didnt get a candy bar or a new toy at wally world. just to ether get there service they agreed to have done or were sold for free or at a reduced price.
