As a few of you may have noticed, I had a problem with my Heat Demons recently.
(heat demons are heating elements that slide into the ends of the handlebars to heat your grips from the inside out, allowing any kind of aftermarket grip to be used.)

I contacted them, and within a few hours I got a reply from a knowledgeable and friendly rep and the problem was solved. Long story short - the problem was completely my fault, but they are sending replacement parts free of charge! I was expecting to pay about $50 for the replacement part. I was obviously extremely happy with this prompt and generous service. Instead of payment, he simply said "get one of your friends to install Heat Demons on their bike."

So, friends, for anybody out there that is interested in heated grips, Heat Demons are a top notch product from a most definite top notch company.
