Rosa's shop is the best!! if you want your bike fixed right the first time. send it to Rosa. I Have no confidence in miracle mile H.D. The service dept has no clue on engine repair!! That has been my experience! 07 cvo ultra classic now runs correctly!! im back in love with my bike, thanks Andrew and crew!!!!

mm is a bunch of aholes, I went in with a checkbook full of money to buy a new bike and they basically drove me away.....I went to pa, to get the bike instead.....I could only imagine the service....

+1 on Rosa's - if you're in the area, and even if you're not - they're the ONLY place I would tell someone to go for a dyno tune. Good work, good people.

If you're buying a bike, you don't need to go to PA - Go to NewRoc H-D in New Rochelle. They practically give them away. When other dealers hold fast to MSRP, they give away the candy store! Just be careful of the added points on your financing - you might be better off getting the price you want then finding your own financing. Not sure how much longer they're going to be around though - I heard they're sueing another dealer for taking business away from them, so things are probably rough over there. Translation - you can probably get a good deal to move a unit.
